The pre-Christian Heathen world offers us a view of the “soul” or self as comprised of many separate parts. Like a community, when all the aspects of our soul complex work together, we experience wholeness and ease, while discomfort of the mind or body can be caused by conflict between these different selves. In this workshop, we will discuss one particular reconstruction of the soul complex and how it can shape our work and understanding today.
